The villas are also within minutes of many popular Florida attractions: just 30 minutes to Busch Gardens in Tampa and 90 minutes to Walt Disney World Resort, Sea World and Universal Studios Escape in Orlando.

Visa and Mastercard are accepted for deposit only. Holiday Villas III does not accept Visa, Mastercard, bank cards or personal checks for final payment at check-in. Holiday Villas III does accept money orders, cashier's checks, traveller's checks and cash for final payment.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 100.00 will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, a fixed amount of USD 200.00 will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One older child or adult is charged USD 10.00 per night in an extra bed.
